The navigation system helped us this year to find the best possible spots early on in the race.
My super-fan lady was shooting pictures and videa like there was no tomorrow.
First on a climb near Barvaux when the first breakaway of the day was already 7 minutes up the road...
... and then for "lunch time" behind the midway point of the race near Bastogne.
The breakaway is still intact... and superfan was elated to see the Boys twice :-)
A power bar that was not to the taste of the riders landed at my feet... and honestly... Chocolate and Cola may not be the best combo for an emergy bar in the first place so I don't blame them for discarting this.
The good thing when you have a good organization... You will be home in time to watch the race live on TV. We left after the second photo op and were home 90 minutes later.
